In continuing with this purchase, you agree to the following:
1. I am participating in yoga, meditation, breathing exercises and workshops (group or private; online or in person) during which I will receive information and instruction about health and yoga. I recognize that yoga requires physical exertion, which may be strenuous and may cause physical injury, and I am fully aware of the risks and hazards involved.
2. Special provision for ONLINE CLASSES: In agreeing to participate in online classes, I understand that it is my responsibility to practice in a suitable and spacious environment using props and equipment that are safe and suitable for this purpose.
3. I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a physician prior to and regarding my participation in all the above-mentioned activities before taking part in class. I affirm that I am in good physical condition and do not suffer from any disability or medical condition, which would prevent or limit my full participation in these yoga, meditation, breathing exercises and workshops (group or private; online or in person).
4. In consideration of being permitted to participate in the yoga, meditation, breathing exercises and workshops (group or private; online or in person), I agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, damages, known or unknown, which I might incur as a result of participating in these activities.
5. In further consideration of being permitted to participate in the yoga, meditation, breathing exercises and workshops (group or private; online or in person), I knowingly, voluntarily and expressly waive any claim I may have for any injury or damages I may sustain now or in the future as a result of participating in the activities.
6. I, my heirs or legal representatives forever release, waive, discharge and covenant not to sue for any injury or death caused by their negligence or other acts.
I have read the above General Terms and Waiver of Liability and fully understand its contents. I voluntarily agree to the terms and conditions stated above.
